Summary

Join Carrum Health, a health tech company revolutionizing healthcare, as an Executive Assistant. This role combines executive support for the C-team with a focus on people operations, including hiring and employee experience. You will manage complex calendars, travel, and meetings, serve as a liaison between executives and stakeholders, and support logistics for board meetings and investor communications. Additionally, you will coordinate interviews, onboard new hires, and assist with employee engagement initiatives. This is a full-time, remote position with a preference for candidates in PT, MT, or CT timezones, offering a salary range of $80,000 - $100,000 depending on experience and location.

Requirements

  • You have prior experience supporting a C-suite executive, CEO preferred, at a growth-stage startup
  • You have been exposed to and have a keen interest in the broader People space

Responsibilities

  • Provide executive assistance support to entire C-team (largely dedicated to CEO and Chief Commercial Officer), including managing complex calendaring, travel planning and expenses, and meeting coordination
  • Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and timely follow-ups
  • Craft and deliver internal and external communications on behalf of the executive team
  • Drive special projects, presentations, and research to support executive priorities
  • Support logistics for Board meetings and investor communications as needed
  • Track and coordinate key company milestones, executive deadlines, and priorities
  • Coordinate scheduling of interviews, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and interviewers
  • Communicate proactively with candidates regarding interview logistics, status updates, and next steps
  • Assist in onboarding new hires, including documentation collection, HR system setup, and first-day logistics
  • Help coordinate employee engagement initiatives, such as team events and recognition programs
  • Provide project management and communications support to the People & Talent team on strategic initiatives
