Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce Medicare services
• Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to identify their needs and challenges
• Pitch relevant products and services to meet the prospect’s requirements
• Build rapport and establish relationships to turn cold calls into warm leads
• Handle objections and rejections professionally, maintaining a positive attitude
• Follow up on leads and maintain a detailed record of interactions in the CRM system
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement cold-calling strategies
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call quotas and conversion targets
• Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to tailor pitches effectively

Preferred Qualifications

• Have prior experience in healthcare or insurance
• Have experience using CRM systems to manage and track interactions
• Have the ability to work independently in a remote setting, maintaining productivity and meeting targets
