Summary
Join our client, a Medicare center dedicated to assisting senior citizens, as a dynamic Cold Caller. This fully remote position (9 AM - 5 PM EST) requires strong sales skills to engage prospects, identify their needs, and convert conversations into sales. You will handle objections, maintain detailed records, and collaborate with the sales team. Success is measured by achieving call quotas and conversion targets, building rapport with customers, and maintaining efficient processes. Requirements
- Be fluent in English, with excellent verbal communication skills
- Have the ability to connect with potential customers, handle objections, and create a positive customer experience

Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce Medicare services
- Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to identify their needs and challenges
- Pitch relevant products and services to meet the prospectโs requirements
- Build rapport and establish relationships to turn cold calls into warm leads
- Handle objections and rejections professionally, maintaining a positive attitude
- Follow up on leads and maintain a detailed record of interactions in the CRM system
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement cold-calling strategies
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call quotas and conversion targets
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to tailor pitches effectively
Preferred Qualifications
- Have prior experience in healthcare or insurance
- Have experience using CRM systems to manage and track interactions
- Have the ability to work independently in a remote setting, maintaining productivity and meeting targets
