Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in software sales to biotechs, pharma, or manufacturing (ideally SaaS) and at least 2 years as an account executive
  • Deep relationships with VP and C-level stakeholders at multiple high-potential accounts
  • Successful track record of closing six-figure ARR deals and hitting or exceeding quotas in a commercial sales role

Responsibilities

  • Sell highly complex cloud software products in complex and long enterprise sales processes
  • Achieve large sales numbers and commissions
  • Cultivate deep relationships with clients and develop strategic plans for key accounts
  • Mentorship of junior colleagues and teammates to grow overall team and department sales
