Summary
Join Kustomer's Commercial Sales team as a key Account Executive and contribute to exponential growth. Partner with a BDR, Channel Manager, and marketing colleagues to build a book of business, consistently meet sales quotas, and drive the sales process. Successfully deliver Kustomer's value proposition, represent the company as an industry thought leader, and maintain a strong understanding of the competitive market. This remote US-based role requires experience in closing large commercial deals and exceeding sales quotas. Kustomer offers competitive salaries, stock options, and comprehensive benefits.
Requirements
- 3+ Years of quota carrying experience
- Sold to SMB and/or Commercial accounts with complex sales cycles
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas
- Experience working with Sales Methodologies: MEDDPICC, Sandler
- Experience working at early stage growth Startups
- Experience and technical savvy to conduct own demos
Responsibilities
- Work with the sales leadership team to define and execute on quarterly/annual sales goals
- Consistently meet sales quotas and drive the sales process forward for the business
- Drive acquisition of new clients through the full sales life cycle for Kustomer
- Successfully deliver our value proposition, product demonstration and core values
- Represent Kustomer as an industry thought leader in the market
- Maintain an understanding of the competitive market space to effectively position Kustomer
- Attend industry events and growing Kustomerβs presence within the market
- Coordinate closely with our customer experience team to ensure seamless onboarding for clients
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling to the CX side of the house
- Sold a Saas CRM solution in the past
