Requirements

  • 2+ years of proven SaaS sales experience in the Mid Market space, with a track record of successfully selling to C-Level executives and strategic stakeholders
  • Mastery of the SPICED sales framework
  • Advanced deal strategy development skills with demonstrated ability to create and execute complex stakeholder mapping
  • Strong business acumen with expertise in ROI analysis, business case development, and strategic solution positioning
  • Exceptional communication skills with proven C-level executive presence and strategic presentation abilities
  • Experience in developing and maintaining executive relationships while navigating complex decision-making processes
  • Excellence in time management with proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and balance multiple opportunities
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets through efficient use of sales tools and methodologies
  • Strong commitment to integrity and transparency in all customer and team interactions

Responsibilities

  • Drive a high volume of sales while educating customers on how Qualio can help them succeed
  • Manage the full sales cycle, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service. High degree of organization required
  • Develop consultative sales presentations to demonstrate our value proposition
  • Identify and navigate customer buying processes within customer organizations
  • Provide timely and accurate forecasts and clear visibility on sales and revenue performance by actively managing the pipeline of opportunities and weekly sales forecasts
  • Work with our Marketing, Product and Customer Success teams to create the best customer experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Salesforce.com and other modern sales platforms
  • Background in healthcare or life sciences
  • History of consistently improving productivity metrics and sales performance
  • Experience in mentorship and best practice development
