Requirements

  • 2+ years of proven SaaS sales experience in the SMB space, with a track record of successfully selling to C-Level executives and strategic stakeholders
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to deliver compelling product demonstrations and articulate clear value propositions
  • Strong sales execution capabilities, including consistent process adoption, successful deal structuring, and effective stakeholder management
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain strong customer relationships through multi-threading strategies and detailed account management
  • Excellence in time management with proven ability to balance multiple opportunities and priorities while maintaining high attention to detail
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets through efficient use of sales tools and methodologies
  • Strong commitment to integrity and transparency in all customer and team interactions

Responsibilities

  • Drive a high volume of sales while educating customers on how Qualio can help them succeed
  • Manage the full sales cycle, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service. High degree of organization required
  • Develop consultative sales presentations to demonstrate our value proposition
  • Identify and navigate customer buying processes within customer organizations
  • Provide timely and accurate forecasts and clear visibility on sales and revenue performance by actively managing the pipeline of opportunities and weekly sales forecasts
  • Work with our Marketing, Product and Customer Success teams to create the best customer experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Salesforce.com and other modern sales platforms
  • Background in healthcare or life sciences
  • History of consistently improving productivity metrics and sales performance
