Requirements
- Possess strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Show proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
- Exhibit the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Display attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
- Maintain a customer-focused mindset with the ability to build lasting client relationships
- Function as a team player who can collaborate across departments

- Have a High School Diploma or equivalent
- Possess the ability to fulfill the job duties, skills and responsibilities listed above
- Demonstrate excellent written and oral presentation skills
- Possess personal computer skills, working knowledge of spreadsheet and word processing software
- Have the ability to maintain favorable relations with customers and co-workers
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned commercial orders
- Coordinate the implementation of services, contracts, and deliverables in collaboration with internal teams
- Monitor project timelines, ensuring that all commitments are met on time and within scope
- Provide proactive updates on order activities, changes, and relevant milestones
- Address client inquiries, issues, and requests promptly and professionally
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of each account's specific needs and preferences for fulfillment
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular check-ins and effective communication
- Verify customer billing to maintain account and service integrity
- Work with the sales team to identify opportunities for improvements within existing processes
- Other duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications
- Have previous experience in account coordination, customer service, or a related role
- Have a college degree
- Have previous experience in service order tracking; including experience with CRM software
