Summary

Join BEUMER Group as a full-time Commercial Manager based in Heathrow to oversee commercial and contractual aspects of airport projects, manage project budgets, and lead a commercial team.

Requirements

• Qualified Quantity Surveyor
• Member of the Institute of Chartered Surveyors
• Member of the Institute of Chartered Surveyors or working towards the membership
• Degree level of Quantity Surveyor or quantity surveying experience

Responsibilities

• Commercial and contract management of the airport projects
• Full understanding of contract, scope of supply and related budgets
• Control of change management process
• Taking responsibility for the financial management of projects
• Managing a commercial team across airport projects
• Cross border relationships with other BEUMER hub companies
• Protecting/maximising BEUMER returns on the projects
