Join our growing Talent team in South Africa as a Commercial Talent Acquisition Specialist! Working alongside the Commercial Talent Acquisition Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting international business needs and managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for roles across various departments. This role offers the opportunity to directly impact the company, develop your expertise, and define your career path within a dynamic and supportive team. You will be responsible for pipeline ownership, talent sourcing, and managing the entire hiring process. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience recruiting Marketing and Business Development roles, preferably within tech-focused organizations, and possess strong communication and organizational skills. Requirements
- 2+ years of experience recruiting Marketing and Business Development roles, preferably within tech-focused organizations
- Proven ability to manage full recruitment lifecycles from qualification to close
- Successful track record sourcing diverse talent across Commercial roles
- Demonstrable expertise in pitching and closing KPI-driven roles
- Skilled in managing inbound and outbound talent pipelines
- Recent experience sourcing on LinkedIn with strong conversion-to-hire metrics
- Experience working with Senior and C-Level stakeholders
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage competitive timelines in a fast-paced environment
- A high-performance mindset, working efficiently and effectively (80:20 principle)
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
- Based in South Africa and able to accommodate global collaboration needs
Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of your recruitment pipelines, ensuring high-quality delivery and relationship management
- Search, identify, attract, and engage top-tier talent for specific roles
- Manage the entire hiring process, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and closing
- Showcase strong pitching and closing skills to secure top candidates
- Maintain accurate and efficient records in the Applicant Tracking System
- Flawlessly coordinate interviews across multiple time zones
- Craft and post compelling job descriptions on internal job boards, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms
- Partner with the People Operations team for seamless offer handovers
- Deliver a world-class experience for all candidates, ensuring professionalism and engagement throughout
