Summary
Join Sporty's expanding global Talent Acquisition team as an INT Commercial Talent Acquisition Specialist! This remote position supports growth across Marketing, Operations, Media, and Finance roles. You'll manage the full recruitment cycle, collaborate with hiring managers, and ensure a positive candidate experience. At least two years of talent acquisition experience, particularly in commercial hiring, is required. The role offers a dynamic remote environment and contributes to Sporty's global hiring goals. Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years in Talent Acquisition, ideally focused on commercial hiring within a corporate or agency setting
- Understanding of roles in Operations, Marketing, Finance, and Media
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively pitch and engage candidates
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment and work well with team members across various functions and regions
Responsibilities
- Build and manage pipelines for mid-level talent across commercial functions, focusing on Marketing, Operations, Media, and Finance
- Handle the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to managing offers and ensuring a seamless candidate experience
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand team needs and ensure recruitment strategies align with business goals
- Provide a high-quality experience for candidates, positioning Sporty as a top-choice employer
- Keep candidate pipelines updated and organized in the ATS, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Write and post job descriptions that attract and resonate with high-quality candidates
- Partner with HR and People Operations to manage offer processes and support smooth onboarding
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior exposure to senior stakeholders and recruitment for high-impact roles
- Experience in candidate engagement and employer branding
