Summary
Join Aspire's rapidly growing team as a Senior SEO Manager and lead the global SEO strategy. You will own the end-to-end SEO strategy, building and scaling organic acquisition across multiple languages. Lead a growing team of SEO specialists, collaborating with various departments. Develop and execute country-specific SEO roadmaps and localization strategies. Identify and prioritize SEO growth opportunities, partnering with other teams to optimize site architecture and features. Establish SEO KPIs and reporting frameworks to track performance and stay updated on industry trends.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in SEO, with at least 2 years leading SEO teams in multiple markets
- Strategically minded and able to understand how to shape a long-term roadmap to deliver commercial results
- Strong grasp of technical SEO (e.g., crawling, indexing, structured data, Core Web Vitals)
- Experience with programmatic SEO, scalable content strategies, and content localization
- Hands-on expertise with tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, GA4, Content Management platforms (knowledge of Webflow a plus)
- Experience managing SEO teams and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders
- Analytical and commercial mindset with an ability to interpret data and translate into actionable insights
- Strong communication and project management skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a global outlook
Responsibilities
- Own and evolve Aspireโs global SEO strategy, including content SEO, technical SEO, and programmatic SEO, aligned to overall growth and ambitious business goals
- Scale SEO with AI. Embed AI into end-to-end processes and also optimize for results on ChatGPT and AI-based searches
- Develop and expand a cross-functional SEO team, including content writers, technical SEO specialists, and local market SEOs
- Build and maintain a scalable SEO framework across all markets and languages
- Oversee the execution of country-specific SEO roadmaps and localization strategies
- Identify and prioritize SEO growth opportunities through keyword research, competitive analysis, technical audits and clarify commercial impact
- Partner with Content, Product, and Engineering teams to build SEO-friendly site architecture, templates, and features
- Lead Aspireโs programmatic SEO initiatives and guide the implementation of scalable landing pages
- Establish SEO KPIs and reporting frameworks to track impact on traffic, Qualified Leads, and Active Accounts, revenue and team performance
- Stay updated on SEO algorithm changes, industry trends, and competitive landscape to proactively adapt strategies
- Adhere to internal guidelines and processes to ensure we remain compliant
- Share market insights with the rest of the marketing team to inform broader campaigns
