Commissions Manager

Summary

Join LRN, a leading ethics and compliance SaaS company, as a Commission Manager for a 3-month contract! Based remotely on the East Coast, you will oversee the entire commission process for sales and partner teams. This includes calculating, validating, and reporting commissions, ensuring accuracy and compliance. You will analyze trends, resolve issues, and provide insights into commission expenses. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential, along with experience in commission management tools and CRM systems. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in commission management, sales compensation, or related financial roles
• Experience with commission management tools (e.g., SPIFF, Xactly, Anaplan, CaptivateIQ, Excel)
• Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and ERP platforms
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in a SaaS environment

Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end commission calculation, accruals and payout process for sales teams and other eligible roles
• Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with established compensation plans
• Generate monthly and quarterly commission reports and dashboards
• Analyze trends and discrepancies; investigate and resolve issues in commission data
• Provide insights and forecasts related to commission expenses
• Act as the main point of contact for commission-related inquiries from internal stakeholders
• Provide clear and timely responses to sales teams regarding payout calculations and disputes
