Requirements
- Experience: 4-7 years of experience with a thorough understanding of GTM principles, including 2+ years of people management experience

- Project Management: Demonstrated skills in project management, capable of managing multiple projects and workflows, ensuring efficient handling and timely completion of tasks
Responsibilities
- Process Optimization: Design and manage scalable sales processes that align with the GTM strategy; identify and improve inefficiencies in current workflows
- Tech Stack Management: Configure, customize, and administer key sales tools to support GTM workflows; ensure seamless data integration and accuracy
- Technical Execution: Translate business requirements into system design; manage technical projects and collaborate with teams to implement new tools
- Collaboration: Partner with Sales Leadership for insights on tooling; align systems and data flows with cross-functional stakeholders for cohesive operations
- Stakeholder Support: Assist sales reps and managers with system issues and best practices; facilitate problem resolution and process adherence
- AI Opportunity Evaluation: Identify AI use cases within the current tech stack to enhance efficiency and productivity through innovative solutions
Preferred Qualifications
- Dynamic Environment: Preferably experienced in high-growth, dynamic environments, indicating adaptability and quick learning
- Technical Proficiency: Skilled in using Salesforce, particularly the backend; familiarity with Outreach, Snowflake, and Sigma is preferred for effective revenue operations management
