Communications Analyst

Summary

Join World Business Lenders (WBL) as a Contract/Consultant in sales and marketing communications! This role involves drafting, reviewing, and distributing marketing materials, ensuring accuracy and brand alignment. You will coordinate approvals, manage marketing assets, and support the sales and marketing teams with administrative tasks. The position requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a related field, strong English communication skills, and advanced PowerPoint proficiency. The work hours are generally 9:00 am to 6:00 pm ET, Monday-Friday, with flexibility based on operational needs. Benefits include Paid Time Off and the ability to Work From Home. Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in communications, marketing, or a related field
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal) with editorial and linguistic expertise
• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint for creating and editing marketing materials
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Adaptable and proactive, with a positive attitude and ability to multitask

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and distribute sales and marketing communication materials, including sell sheets, flyers, “Deal of the Week” emails, website content, and social media posts
• Ensure all content is accurate, engaging, and aligned with brand guidelines
• Coordinate approvals from relevant stakeholders before finalizing materials
• Assist in managing and updating marketing assets across various platforms
• Support the sales and marketing teams with administrative tasks related to communications
• Maintain organized records of communication materials and distribution timelines
