Join Acumen's marketing and communications team as a Communications Associate to amplify our founder's inspirational voice across platforms.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in community management
• Exceptional writing and copy editing skills
• Experience or exposure to community management tools and software for planning, monitoring, and analytics
• Experience with Canva
• Ability to film and edit video for social media preferred
• Excellent project and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to handle confidential matters and information with discretion
• Self-reflective and aligned with Acumen's values
• Authorized to work in the U.S. (based in NY, or willing to relocate to NY for this role)

Responsibilities

• Crafting editorial calendars across our CEO's online channels
• Creating and curating content in partnership with our in-house story studio across email, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook
• Scheduling posts across above channels
• Monitoring and moderating above channels
• Reviewing analytics and implementing learnings
• Assisting in creating video content
• Maintaining internal photo and video libraries
• Preparing interview and event briefs and talking points
• Assisting in earned media outreach, monitoring, and coordination
• General research and communications administrative tasks
