Requirements

• 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in home sales
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Availability for full-time employment
• Understanding of water filtration systems is a plus
• Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and closing abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Strong drive to achieve sales targets
• Comfortable interacting with homeowners in their homes
• Maintain a high level of professionalism at all times

Responsibilities

• Conduct informative in-home water tests and sales demonstrations
• Offer tailored water purification solutions to meet customers' needs and budgets
• Provide detailed information on product features and benefits
• Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the entire sales process
• Accurately enter customer information into our CRM system
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs
• Negotiate and close sales deals effectively
• Build strong relationships with customers and provide exceptional service
• Consistently meet and exceed sales targets
