Join us at Lucid, where we're leading the future in luxury electric and mobility. As a Manufacturing and Logistics Learning and Development Training Associate, you'll design, implement, and evaluate training programs for employees in manufacturing and logistics sectors.
Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in electrical engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a related field
- Strong interest in manufacturing and logistics industries
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods, tools, and techniques
- Ability to assess training needs and design effective training programs
Responsibilities
- Assess Training Needs: Conduct surveys, 1:1s with SMEs, and consultations with managers and employees to identify training needs specific to manufacturing and logistics operations
- Design Training Programs: Develop and update training materials, including manuals, e-learning modules, and hands-on training exercises. Ensure training programs are aligned with industry standards and company objectives
- Deliver Training: Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars for employees at various levels. Use a variety of instructional techniques and formats, such as simulations, team exercises, group discussions, videos, and lectures. Conduct training sessions on robotics, Automated Guided Vehicles (AGVs), Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), Human-Machine Interfaces (HMIs), and maintenance procedures
- Evaluate Training Effectiveness: Collect feedback from trainees and managers to assess the effectiveness of training programs. Analyze data and report on training outcomes, making adjustments as necessary to improve future programs
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with SMEs, operations, and management teams to ensure training initiatives support organizational goals
Preferred Qualifications
- Internship or project experience in manufacturing, logistics, or related fields
- Knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Technical Familiarity in robotics, AGVs, MES, PLCs, HMIs, and maintenance
- Certification in Training and Development (e.g., CPTD) is a plus
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus
