Communications Intern

Summary

Keeper is hiring a Communications Intern to assist their Global Communications team in Chicago, IL. The intern will support the team on various tasks such as updating media pages, creating content for social media, planning and executing announcements, and writing PR and internal communications. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and be currently enrolled in a related BS or master's degree.

Requirements

• Exhibit a high level of professionalism and creative thinking
• Show a strong desire to learn along with a drive to succeed in assigned tasks
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and be personable and dependable
• Familiarity with drafting internal and/or external communications content including employee memos, press releases and media advisories
• Experience creating engaging social media content
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Ability to assist in administrative duties including updating media page on website
• Current enrollment in a related BS or master’s degree is preferred
• Basic working knowledge of Google and Microsoft Office Products
