Summary

Join our team as Manager, Internal Communications (US, Remote) and serve as writer, content strategist, and channel manager to produce and deliver messages and campaigns that facilitate dialogue and keep our global team of 1000+ employees and contractors connected and informed on Suvoda’s priorities, decisions, initiatives, and executive messages.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, business administration, organizational development or a related field
  • Experience working across a global organizational landscape and working, traveling, and/or communicating in different cultures
  • Exceptional writing, editing and research skills; ability to “translate” technical language into compelling content
  • Proven ability to contribute to and execute communication strategies that resonate with diverse audiences. Ability to think big picture strategy as well as enjoy rolling up sleeves and digging into the details
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously, prioritize, and meet deadlines
  • Experience: At least five years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, or a similar role

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive internal communications plan that supports the organization’s objectives and enhances employee engagement
  • Build relationships with and facilitate storytelling across the Executive, Talent & Culture, and Marketing teams. Serve as a trusted communications advisor to and collaborate with internal stakeholders to align and share messages
  • Create compelling internal communication materials--including key messages, talking points, slides, emails, video scripts, and intranet content--to align with Suvoda initiatives. Manage the editorial calendar
  • Foster a culture of open communication by promoting two-way communication channels across the company, including between executives and employees
  • Support internal events, meetings, and town halls to encourage engagement and information sharing among employees
  • Analyze and measure the effectiveness of internal communication initiatives, using insights to refine and improve strategies
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in internal communications to continuously enhance the effectiveness of our communication efforts
