Internal Communications Manager

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in an Internal Comms role or 6+ years of Journalist experience
• Proven ability to learn quickly with a knack for breaking down complex concepts to a general audience
• The ability to Build Community with stakeholders across an organization
• Experience working in fast-growing, fast-paced companies where “figuring it out” is more important than “sticking to the process,” especially when a process doesn’t exist
• A passion for creative storytelling and an aversion for the mundane

Responsibilities

• Usher in a new chapter of Figma’s internal comms program
• Be the lead internal comms writer
• Work with cross-functional partners to shape our narrative
• Grow and lead your development, with the goal of growing your leadership within the broader marketing team and the company as a whole
