The ideal candidate possesses exceptional communication skills, strong stakeholder management skills, and a minimum of 5 years of experience leading internal HR communications programs. Requirements

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with team members at all levels
  • Proven ability to develop cross-enterprise and external relationships, interacting successfully at all organizational levels
  • Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously with exceptional organizational abilities
  • Demonstrated track record of strong stakeholder management skills
  • Strong initiative and follow-through skills, coupled with a collaborative, curious, and empathetic approach
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience leading internal HR communications programs, and experience collaborating with branding, marketing, or advertising agencies and external partners

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute HR communication strategies, ensuring clarity and compliance
  • Manage communications regarding HR policies, employee programs, benefits updates, and workplace initiatives
  • Coordinate with stakeholders for accurate and timely delivery of communications
  • Collaborate with legal teams to ensure regulatory adherence
  • Oversee production and distribution of HR communication materials
  • Monitor, respond to inquiries, and track the effectiveness of initiatives for continuous improvement

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Ability to work Central Standard Time and travel 1-2x per year as needed
  • Knowledge of Jira, Page Proof, and MS Office
