Summary
Join Global Experience Group (GXG) as their Marketing & Communications Manager! Lead marketing efforts for Treehouse Fabrication & Scenic and Cognition Interactive. Develop and execute marketing initiatives, manage work streams, and own brand positioning. The ideal candidate will have B2B marketing experience, excellent communication, and a results-driven approach. This role reports to GXGβs Director of Marketing & Communications and requires a strategic mindset and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- Minimum of 4+ years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within an agency setting
- Proven experience in B2B marketing and a strong understanding of the experiential marketing industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling marketing content
- Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, including CRM systems, email marketing software, and analytics tools
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and creative thinking capabilities
- Experience with SEO and working with third-party marketing partners
- Willingness to work extended hours or weekends as needed
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans for Treehouse Fabrication & Scenic and Cognition Interactive, ensuring alignment with overall business goals
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing initiatives
- Lead the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and corporate product/service launches
- Develop and oversee social media strategies, ensuring engaging and consistent content across Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms. Responsible for copywriting and coordinating asset development
- Build relationships with industry publications and media contacts to secure press coverage and speaking engagements. Develop editorial and thought leadership strategies to elevate brand presence
- Oversee the development and distribution of high-quality marketing materials, including blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, and video content
- Execute an awards strategy by coordinating cross-functional efforts to develop applications for industry accolades
- Develop and manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage with existing clients
- Monitor and analyze marketing campaign effectiveness, providing insights and recommendations for optimization
- Strategize and oversee the process of capturing event content for use in marketing, awards submissions, and social media
- Implement SEO and inbound marketing strategies, leveraging third-party expertise as needed
- Ensure consistency and clarity in brand messaging across all marketing materials
- Assist in managing and optimizing the marketing budget to maximize impact
