Requirements

• Have a strong background in communications or marketing
• Possess excellent writing and editing skills, with an ability to adapt your style for various audiences
• Have three or more years’ experience working in a corporate environment
• Be familiar with digital communication tools such as SharePoint and MS365 products

Responsibilities

• Support with developing and implementing communication strategies that effectively convey Datacom's vision, values, and objectives
• Ensure internal communications are delivered to the highest quality standard, within scope, in budget and on time
• Partner with stakeholders to provide communications support on key initiatives across the Datacom Group of businesses
• Monitor and analyse communication trends and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of communication initiatives
• Manage and maintain Datacom’s intranet
• Provide communication support during crises or critical incidents, ensuring timely and transparent messaging
