Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant experience providing successful internal communications
- Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, English, or a content-focused program
- Strong project coordination skills
- Experience working in a start-up or fast-paced global working environment, working with multiple regions and stakeholders
- Exceptionally strong writing and editing skills
- Ability to be innovative, adaptable, and thrive under pressure
Responsibilities
- Support global communications by ensuring all deliverables align with Wiz's voice, strategy, and culture
- Manage multiple communication plans simultaneously, adapting priorities based on business needs to ensure timely and successful publication
- Oversee the maintenance of the internal employee portal, ensuring its accuracy, relevance, and ease of use
- Serve as a communications business partner and consultant for designated departments, participating in cadence calls, tracking communications, and delivering critical information to appropriate audiences
- Collaborate with project stakeholders early in the process to identify gaps and gather necessary information for robust communication rollouts
- Lead and execute special communication projects as required to support organizational initiatives
Preferred Qualifications
Experience running donation matching programs, organizing community events, and social impact initiatives
