Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in training design, educational content creation, or communications roles
• Hands-on experience developing digital training materials (e.g., videos, tutorials, or e-learning)
• Familiarity with e-learning authoring tools, educational platforms and communication tools
• Experience creating and managing communication campaigns, such as email newsletters or updates
• Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts and craft engaging messages
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality content and communication
• Team-oriented and collaborative, with experience working closely with cross-functional teams
• Thrilled to work in a dynamic startup environment that fosters innovation, creativity, and the opportunity to shape processes and strategies
• Proficient English speaker

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Learning & Communications Manager to identify client training needs and audience profiles
• Develop creative training content such as videos, interactive tutorials, guides, and interactive courses, utilizing academi as the central delivery platform
• Ensure the execution and delivery of learning and communication solutions, including mailings, announcements, and internal updates for users
• Implement learning strategies aligned with Change Management best practices to drive user adoption
• Partner with internal teams to align training materials with client and business goals
• Continuously gather and incorporate feedback to improve both training content and communication effectiveness
