Join Immutable as our Community Growth Coordinator and play a pivotal role in establishing our narrative as the leading web3 gaming platform. This role focuses on building and nurturing relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and influencers to enhance our brand presence in the web3 gaming market. You will develop and implement creator programs, monitor campaign performance, and optimize strategies based on data insights. The ideal candidate possesses experience in relationship-based programs, data manipulation, budget management, and program execution. Requirements

  • Experience building relationship-based programs before e.g. creator programs or community
  • Demonstrate ability or experience to deliver programs end-to-end
  • Moderate to high level of proficiency in data manipulation, particularly using Google Sheets
  • Comfortable managing budgets and analysing campaign performance with an analytical mindset
  • Proven ability to manage programs from conception to execution and results

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key KOLs, influencer agencies, and content creators
  • Create and implement programs that activate these creators to meet business objectives
  • Monitor and optimise the efficiency of creator campaigns to maximize ROI
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of influencer strategies
  • Proficient in quantitatively analysing program success and optimizing strategies based on data insights

Preferred Qualifications

  • Ideal candidates will have a pre-existing reputation and relationships within the crypto and/or gaming communities
  • Active presence on Twitter, with connections to key communities like WolvesDAO, is highly desirable
