Community Intern

Summary

Join our Community team as a Community Intern (f/m/d) for a minimum of 6 months and support the organization of community events, daily operations, content creation, and designing engaging activities.

Requirements

• Currently studying/finishing your studies in Marketing, Communication, Hospitality or any other field that equips you for content creation, event management, and operational excellence
• Mandatory internship of minimum 6 months required for your studies
• Great organizational skills
• You are independent and proactive in the way you work
• You enjoy interacting with external and internal stakeholders
• Attention to detail in written communication and proficiency in syntax, grammar, and spelling
• Skilled in Microsoft Word (Pages), Excel (Numbers), and PowerPoint (Keynote). Experience with Figma, Canva, Zapier and/or Circle is a plus
• Highly confident in your written and oral English skills to produce content for native speakers
• Being passionate about the Hospitality industry and Community management is a plus
• You have 1 year of work experience

Responsibilities

• Support the organization of community events (both digital and in-person)
• Be responsible for the daily operations of the portal
• Create ad hoc content (announcements, articles, invitations)
• Running your own personal projects
• Work and interact with other teams
• Brainstorm new initiatives
• Meet up with customers and partners
