Summary

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field, 2 years of experience, proficiency in various software tools, and basic data analysis skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or other related field
• Minimum of 2 years experience

Responsibilities

• Actively engage with online communities, forums, and social media platforms
• Promptly respond to comments, messages, and inquiries while maintaining a friendly tone
• Cultivate a positive and inclusive online community environment by moderating discussions and resolving conflicts
• Create and share engaging content in alignment with the brand's voice
• Implement strategies to grow the online community and boost engagement
• Skillfully handle negative feedback and conflicts, aiming for positive resolutions

Preferred Qualifications

• Virtual Assistant experience is a plus
• Proficiency in various softwares such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Moz, Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite or other similar tools
• Ability to handle negative feedback and conflicts with professionalism
• Basic data analysis skills for tracking and reporting on community engagement
