Requirements
- At least 5 years of proven experience in complex sales involving multiple stakeholders including local government, first responders, and local hospitals
- On the ground experience as a First Responder, including but not limited to law enforcement, Fire, EMS, and 911 telecommunications
- Proficiency or ability to develop proficiency in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and other tools and programs necessary in the execution of your essential duties
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, excellent organizational and leadership skills with a problem-solving ability
Responsibilities
Work directly with our VP of Strategy & Business Development to expand our 4 Minute City and PAD+ programs into new communities by identifying and prospecting for new customers, growing a diverse pipeline of business opportunities, regularly traveling to deliver presentations, providing internal consultation to the Avive sales organization, building relationships with various people across multiple sectors, participating in the ongoing development of our sales process, and driving communities towards excellence in resuscitation
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelorβs degree in any field or subject
- Experience in grant writing
- Experience in people management
Benefits
Anticipated OTE: $200,000
