Summary

As a Compensation Associate, you will be responsible for developing and delivering compensation analytics, improving compensation processes, and building tools used across the company. You will collaborate with various teams, including People Analytics and Finance, to enhance workforce analytics and budgeting. This role requires 2-5 years of experience in compensation, expertise in Excel or Google Sheets, strong analytical skills, and a growth mindset. You will partner with the Total Rewards team leadership to create innovative compensation programs. Requirements

  • You have 2 – 5 years of experience in compensation, and have command over compensation fundamentals including job matching and market pricing, public company equity mechanics, and program design
  • You are an Excel or Google Sheets expert
  • You have strong analytical skills with the ability to effectively interpret data and create meaningful, understandable models, reports and metrics
  • You have a growth mindset – you’re constantly thinking about how to work smarter, and take on the next challenge
  • You pay attention to detail, and deliver high-quality, error-free work products

Responsibilities

  • Lean into a broad scope of work that includes salary and equity programs, rewards and recognition, and executive compensation
  • Work across the company, spanning a uniquely diverse job population including data science, engineering, creative, merchandising, operations, corporate functions, and more
  • Leverage your considerable spreadsheet skills (in Excel or Google Sheets) to create new and unique models, support the analytical work of the team, or validate the work of others
  • Partner closely with our People Analytics team to enhance and scale workforce analytics, with Finance to strengthen compensation budgeting and forecasting, and Equity Operations on materials going to our CEO and Board
  • Uplevel by growing your program management, partnership, communication and collaboration skills. This is a meritocracy - every opinion counts!
