Requirements
- 8+ years of relevant experience in Human Resources, Compensation, and Stock Administration
- Proven experience in designing and administering compensation and equity programs
- Strong understanding of compensation and equity principles, practices, and regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret and present complex data
- Expert proficiency in Google Sheets and/or Microsoft Excel
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels
- Ability to work independently, collaborate cross-functionally, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage Wingβs global compensation and equity programs, including base pay structure, short- and long-term incentive plans, and equity administration to support Wingβs strategic goals and culture
- Conduct comprehensive market analysis and benchmarking to ensure Wingβs compensation remains competitive within the technology, aviation, and delivery sectors
- Oversee all aspects of equity administration, including processing transactions (grants, exercises, terminations), and ensuring data integrity and compliance
- Prepare reports and presentations on compensation metrics for the People Team, Finance, and leadership
- Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and Payroll on the execution of employee liquidity events and manage the preparation and distribution of annual equity-related tax documents (e.g. Form 3921, Form 3922)
- Partner with HRBPs and leadership on complex compensation issues and regulatory compliance
- Develop and deliver clear communication and training materials to educate employees and managers on compensation and equity programs
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in SQL or Google Cloud SQL for data querying and analysis is preferred
- Experience with Workday and Shareworks is preferred
