Requirements

  • 8+ years of relevant experience in Human Resources, Compensation, and Stock Administration
  • Proven experience in designing and administering compensation and equity programs
  • Strong understanding of compensation and equity principles, practices, and regulations
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret and present complex data
  • Expert proficiency in Google Sheets and/or Microsoft Excel
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels
  • Ability to work independently, collaborate cross-functionally, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and manage Wing’s global compensation and equity programs, including base pay structure, short- and long-term incentive plans, and equity administration to support Wing’s strategic goals and culture
  • Conduct comprehensive market analysis and benchmarking to ensure Wing’s compensation remains competitive within the technology, aviation, and delivery sectors
  • Oversee all aspects of equity administration, including processing transactions (grants, exercises, terminations), and ensuring data integrity and compliance
  • Prepare reports and presentations on compensation metrics for the People Team, Finance, and leadership
  • Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and Payroll on the execution of employee liquidity events and manage the preparation and distribution of annual equity-related tax documents (e.g. Form 3921, Form 3922)
  • Partner with HRBPs and leadership on complex compensation issues and regulatory compliance
  • Develop and deliver clear communication and training materials to educate employees and managers on compensation and equity programs

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficiency in SQL or Google Cloud SQL for data querying and analysis is preferred
  • Experience with Workday and Shareworks is preferred
