Complex Referral Coordinator

Summary

Join One Medical's centralized team as an Advanced Tasking team member and contribute to providing world-class service experiences for patients nationwide. You will be part of a specialized team handling complex tasks, including insurance authorizations, procedure orders, and prescription authorizations. This role requires at least two years of experience navigating complex insurance portals and handling referrals. You'll need experience in a highly productive environment with strong metrics accountability and a collaborative attitude. Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience completing referrals and navigating complex insurance portals and highly complex orders
• Experience working in a highly productive department with strong metrics accountability/ownership
• Positive, collaborative attitude and high team engagement with an action-oriented mindset
• Working in a national market/healthcare organization that understands complexity of regions
• Experience with working with different EMRs

Responsibilities

• Maintain service level agreements in complex insurance authorizations
• Meet or exceed performance requirements for 6 months minimum (200+ Tasks/week)
• Motivate your team members to analyze their work closely, ask questions and seek out more efficient processes and opportunities for elevation through process improvement work, using lean tools and methodologies

• This is a full-time hourly role, with flexible shift needs that may include overnights and weekends. For team members located in the Phoenix, AZ area you will work in our office in Tempe, AZ. For those located in other geographic areas there are opportunities to work remote anywhere in the US
