Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in Compliance, Risk Operations, or Trust and Safety
• Ability to work closely with global, cross-functional teams and enjoys collaborating with a tight-knit team
• Exceptional writing and editing skills
• Capacity for critical thinking, research, and analysis
• Proactive, clear, and concise communication style
• Adapts well to fast-paced environments; strong attention to detail
• Effective time management and prioritization skills
• Familiarity with tools like Confluence, G-Suite and GRC Platforms like Drata
• Passion for building trust and delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Ability to work in an hybrid model

Responsibilities

• Research and draft data-driven policies, with a focus on compliance and risk
• Understand the platform users' perspectives to enhance the overall TaskRabbit experience
• Identify factors that increase trust at key points in the user experience and update/draft policy as needed
• Write internal and external policies for platform users and corporate compliance
• Develop, organize, and maintain a searchable repository of all policies
• Guide policy operationalization efforts and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across departments
• Assist with building out and supporting frameworks for managing internal company audits
• Assist with identifying compliance standards and design improvements for internal control structures
• Support the Compliance roadmap, including current focus areas and future plans
• Be the team SME for the company’s GRC platform, ensuring policies are reviewed on a regular and recurring frequency
