Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Compliance, Risk Operations, or Trust and Safety
- Ability to work closely with global, cross-functional teams and enjoys collaborating with a tight-knit team
- Exceptional writing and editing skills
- Capacity for critical thinking, research, and analysis
- Proactive, clear, and concise communication style
- Adapts well to fast-paced environments; strong attention to detail
- Effective time management and prioritization skills
- Familiarity with tools like Confluence, G-Suite and GRC Platforms like Drata
- Passion for building trust and delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Ability to work in an hybrid model
Responsibilities
- Research and draft data-driven policies, with a focus on compliance and risk
- Understand the platform users' perspectives to enhance the overall TaskRabbit experience
- Identify factors that increase trust at key points in the user experience and update/draft policy as needed
- Write internal and external policies for platform users and corporate compliance
- Develop, organize, and maintain a searchable repository of all policies
- Guide policy operationalization efforts and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across departments
- Assist with building out and supporting frameworks for managing internal company audits
- Assist with identifying compliance standards and design improvements for internal control structures
- Support the Compliance roadmap, including current focus areas and future plans
- Be the team SME for the companyβs GRC platform, ensuring policies are reviewed on a regular and recurring frequency
