Summary

Gulf Binance is seeking a Compliance Manager with at least 5 years of experience to enforce regulations, conduct audits, and monitor all company proceedings. The successful candidate will develop and implement company policies, coordinate with different departments, assess the efficiency of control systems, conduct compliance training, and keep abreast of regulatory developments.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Compliance Manager with a minimum of 5 years in a similar role
• In-depth knowledge of the industry’s standards and experience working with the Thai SEC
• Excellent knowledge of reporting procedures and record-keeping
• A business acumen partnered with a dedication to legality
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills
• Superior communication and leadership abilities, with the capability to work with a team and navigate within all levels of an organization
• Bachelor's degree in law, finance, business management or a related field
• Fluency in both Thai and English is mandatory

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement company policies and regulations
• Oversee and manage the regular compliance checks on all operations in accordance with rules and regulations
• Coordinate with different departments to ensure the marketing content and other operations are aligned with compliance requirements
• Regularly assess the efficiency of control systems and recommend effective improvements
• Review and evaluate company procedures and reports to identify hidden risks or common issues
• Conduct compliance training to all employees to heighten awareness of standards and regulations
• Keep abreast of regulatory developments and evolving best practices in compliance control
• Prepare reports for senior management and external regulatory bodies as appropriate

Preferred Qualifications

Professional certification (e.g., Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP)) will be a plus
