Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in risk management, compliance, or internal audit, focusing on business processes and controls, preferably in a global setting
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills with great attention to detail
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

Responsibilities

• Conduct compliance assessments to evaluate adherence to regulatory requirements across various global jurisdictions
• Perform control gap assessments and identify areas for improvement to ensure effective compliance controls
• Work with the first line of defense to design and implement robust compliance processes and controls
• Assist in integrating risk, obligations, controls, and issues management programs within a centralized framework
• Collect and organize supporting documentation to assist with regulatory inquiries
• Prepare clear, concise reports on compliance assessments, control gaps, and risk management activities
• Effectively communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all organizational levels

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with HR-specific regulations and compliance requirements
• Experience with Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) software and tools
• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
