Configuration Manager

Summary

Join Cronos Europa as a Configuration Manager in a fully remote position based in Lisbon. Configure eProcurement procedures in pre- and post-award phases, prepare configuration files, and test deployments. Modify configurations as needed, import and export data, and participate in customer meetings. This role requires 4+ years of experience testing business processes (finance, procurement, accounting), familiarity with various tools (Excel, Confluence/Jira, XML, Selenium), and a solid understanding of IS quality standards. Agile environment experience and knowledge of the IS lifecycle are also essential. Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in testing business processes (finance, procurement, accounting)
• Familiar with tools: Excel, Confluence/Jira, XML , Selenium (or similar testing tools)
• Solid understanding of IS quality standards and testing types (manual, automated, smoke, regression...)
• Experience in agile environments and large organisations
• Comfortable with collaborative tools (Wiki, Confluence...) and analysis techniques
• Knowledge of the IS lifecycle
• Ensligh mandatory
• Communication, customer oriented, capability of working in an international environment

Responsibilities

• Configure eProcurement procedures in Pre-award
• Preparation of extended configuration files (xls, xlsx) for deployment following database rules
• Testing the deployed configurations in lower environments
• Modification of configuration files in case of errors
• Configuration of eProcurement procedures in Post-award
• Configuring the procedure within the application Interface
• Import and export of data
• Participation in customer meetings and follow up of onboarding requests

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience or familiarity with Ansible, Puppet, Chef, Terraform
• Understanding of eProcurement
