Summary

Join Talan Group as an Engagement Manager in Strategy Consulting and play a critical role in delivering impactful projects for key clients. Build and maintain strong client relationships worldwide, deeply understanding their needs and proposing tailored solutions. Execute and deliver consulting projects, managing budgets, resources, and timelines. Mentor and develop junior consultants, fostering a collaborative work environment. Capture, organize, and disseminate knowledge within the team, leveraging best practices. The ideal candidate possesses a strong academic background, proven experience in strategy consulting, and expertise in project management, process modeling, and change management.

Requirements

• Have an academic background from a leading institution in business and/or engineering, including MBA from leading University
• Bring a strong track record in strategy consulting
• Demonstrate expertise in project management, process modeling, change management, information systems, and/or a culture of innovation and new technologies (AI, data, etc.)
• Have a strong customer culture with the ambition to collectively win high-value missions with our clients
• Possess analytical and problem-solving skills in complex situations
• Have communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key clients
• Maintain a high level of professional ethics and reliability

• Execute and deliver consulting projects
• Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines to guarantee profitability and quality
• Mentor and develop junior consultants, fostering a collaborative and progressive work environment
• Facilitate training and professional development programs to enhance team skills and knowledge
• Encourage a culture of continuous improvement and personal growth
• Capture, organize, and disseminate knowledge within the team to ensure better project outcomes
