Join Clearsulting's expanding Poland Delivery Centre as a Manager, COE, contributing to the implementation and optimization of digital finance platforms. This hybrid or remote role, based anywhere in Poland (preferably Warsaw or Kraków), involves up to 20% travel. You will leverage your expertise in platforms like BlackLine, Workiva, or Kyriba to lead projects, manage client relationships, and foster innovation within the COE. Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant discipline
- 5+ years’ experience in finance management consulting, with deep knowledge of project delivery methodologies
- Proven track record of practice growth, with accountability for revenue and margin targets in technology implementation and finance transformation engagements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of simplifying complex business concepts for executive audiences, underpinned by strong business writing standards
- Demonstrated success in finance technology implementation, following leading practices from design through to execution
- Strong project management capability with experience in workplan development, milestone tracking, risk management, change management, and communications
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Eligibility to work in Poland
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate specialist functional and/or technical expertise in one or more leading digital finance platforms (BlackLine, Workiva, Kyriba or similar), with experience across multiple modules
- Translate between technology and process with ease, articulating how both work together to deliver business outcomes
- Ability to engage senior client stakeholders by consolidating complex information into clear, actionable insights, and delivering impactful executive-level presentations to enable informed decision-making
- Lead and execute core project management activities, including workplan creation and updates, milestone tracking, risk and issue management, change management, communications, and status reporting
- Ability to collaborate effectively with the EMEA Consulting team and the AMS team to ensure alignment and seamless delivery
- Proven capability to manage project scope, budget, and timelines, and to communicate risks or issues confidently to relevant stakeholders
- Adept at identifying opportunities for automation, efficiency gains, and cross-team synergies to maximise value
- Maintain exceptional attention to detail and follow-through in all deliverables
- Embrace evolving responsibilities, showing flexibility, resilience, and a growth mindset
