Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience working in the R2R/Financial Close or transformation space
  • 2+ years of experience in supporting sale cycles and business development activities in SaaS sales or professional services
  • 2+ years of relevant Salesforce experience
  • Authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship now or in the future

Responsibilities

  • Help drive growth and expand Clearsulting's market presence in its Financial Close Practice (BlackLine and SAP) by identifying new business opportunities
  • Collaborate internally with the Delivery Team, Client Relationship COE, Sales COE and Global Marketing teams to drive pursuit cycles and support account management
  • Drive business development activities to create pipeline
  • Attend industry conferences and events to identify new commercial opportunities, strengthen client relationships, and foster strategic alliances
  • Collaborate with BlackLine and SAP account executives to identify new opportunities, drive joint go-to-market efforts, and strengthen account relationships
  • Collaborate with marketing on front-of-funnel commercial activities to generate leads, increase market awareness, and support pipeline growth with marketing on front-of-funnel commercial activities to generate leads, increase market awareness, and support pipeline growth
  • Leverage tools like Sales Navigator and multichannel outreach to identify high-potential prospects and initiate meaningful commercial conversations
  • Deliver weekly pipeline reports to key stakeholders, highlighting progress against targets and identifying potential risks or gaps

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
  • Demonstrated track record of success with a strong work ethic, consistently exceeding expectations
  • Experience with BlackLine or similar technologies
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Experience managing and mentoring team members
