Join Colibri as a Consumer Insights Analyst and be responsible for programming, deploying, and analyzing VOC surveys using Qualtrics. Requirements
- Strong Qualtrics technical expertise to set up automated triggers and workflows, streamline processes like sending email reminders, and ensure follow-up actions based on survey responses
- Experience integrating Qualtrics with systems like CRM tools and marketing platforms for seamless data collection and analysis
- Familiarity Qualtrics API for automating tasks and integrating with external applications such as Salesforce
- Troubleshooting and resolving any technical issues within the platform, including survey deployment, logic errors, and data discrepancies
- Candidates should have a passion for identifying trends, along with strong organizational skills and the ability to think critically
- Candidates must be detail-oriented, strong communicators (both written and verbal), and capable of multitasking and managing multiple projects simultaneously
Responsibilities
- Set up automated VOC surveys using Qualtrics by working with our technical teams to set up API integration with Qualtrics
- Set up automated triggers for closed-loop follow-up actions based on survey responses
- Configure and maintain Qualtrics dashboards to monitor real-time feedback and track key metrics
- Provide ongoing analysis on VOC trends, highlighting shifts in customer sentiment and emerging patterns, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate this data into strategic planning
- Work closely with IT and technical teams to ensure data integrity, troubleshooting any issues with the Qualtrics platform to maintain smooth survey operations
- Help teams with ad hoc research needs to conduct insights they need to make strategic business decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align research methodologies with business objectives and support ad hoc research needs
- Analyze surveys and develop visually compelling PowerPoint decks that effectively communicate research findings, actionable insights, and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders
