Summary
Join Verisys as a Contact Center Representative and be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring a positive experience and upholding the highest data standards. This remote position, available in select states, requires a 4/10s schedule (10 AM to 8 PM EST) and high-speed 5G internet. You will educate customers and healthcare providers on Verisys services, maintain high-performance metrics, and make sound decisions prioritizing customer and company needs. You will work independently and collaboratively, communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders. This role is crucial in protecting the integrity of Verisys within the healthcare community.

Responsibilities
- Provide top notch customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Educate and assist customers and health care providers with Verisys services and data
- Maintain high-performance metrics around quality, accuracy, as well as customer satisfaction
- Be able to make sound decisions while keeping the customer and company in mind
- Ability to work independently while doing whatβs best for our customers
- Involved in all aspects of customer service, including solving problems, answering questions
- Ability to work with customers to ensure fantastic service
- Pragmatically and effectively communicate to both internal and external customers
- Respond promptly and efficiently to incoming requests
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Healthcare or related industry
- Call center experience
- Bilingual Spanish/English
