The project duration is 4 hours for Content Generators and 2 hours for Quality Assurance Specialists. The work must be original and free from AI assistance.

Requirements

• Native-level fluency in Icelandic
• Excellent writing skills in Icelandic (grammar, spelling)
• Advanced English language skills
• Able to start and complete tasks within the given deadline
• Bachelor's degree with courses in literature, journalism, or creative writing, OR proven experience in content creation
• Strong attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Research and generate prompts commonly used in provided contexts, mostly related to phone call scenarios (e.g., calls on hold or unreachable numbers)
• Conduct Quality Assurance (QA) on existing content
