Requirements

  • Completion of or currently pursuing a BA/BS degree in Marketing, Business, Journalism, Communications, or related field
  • Previous experience writing for a business audience
  • Demonstrated research and content writing skills
  • Proven ability to synthesize data, communicate concepts, and share insights
  • Familiarity with CRMs and workflow
  • Proficient with Powerpoint, Excel and Word
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Enjoys collaborating with a team as well as working independently and remotely
  • Eager to learn and contribute to company initiatives
  • Able to work during Pacific-Time business hours

Responsibilities

  • Perform a variety of writing, editing, and proofreading tasks with a diligent eye for detail, language, flow, and grammar
  • Conduct in-depth research on themes of interest to key stakeholders
  • Assist with creating content for social media, blogs, and white papers
  • Utilize SEO tools to capture key intent-based themes
  • Conduct stakeholder interviews and efficiently draft quality content based on gathered data
  • Assist with the execution of outbound marketing campaigns and coordinate with internal teams to monitor campaign performance
  • Maintain campaign calendars
