Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a content calendar in collaboration with the Marketing Manager
• Create high-engagement content that aligns with our brand's voice across multiple channels
• Lead the development of case studies, featuring ideal customers
• Write blog articles that deliver compelling messaging to our target audience
• Create monthly newsletters that showcase our thinking and product updates
• Update website content as required, e.g. inspiration videos
• Run video production projects, particularly customer stories, from concept to completion
• Manage our social media platforms, ensuring consistent and effective communication that aligns with our brand voice
• Monitor and analyze content performance, making data-driven adjustments to optimize results
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to align marketing initiatives with company objectives

Preferred Qualifications

• Graphic design skills (desirable)
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
• HubSpot Marketing Software certification (desirable)
