Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in content marketing, preferably within a B2B SaaS or tech environment
- Content Strategy & Planning: Ability to translate business goals into actionable, measurable content strategies
- Content Creation & SEO: Proven writing and editing skills across multiple content types, with a deep understanding of SEO principles
- Editorial & Content Management: Experience managing an editorial calendar and maintaining a consistent brand voice
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Comfort working across teams to gather insights and align messaging
- Performance Analytics & Optimization: Familiarity with tools like GA4, Dreamdata, or similar to measure and improve content performance
- Content Innovation & Distribution: Curiosity to explore new formats and channels for delivering content to a wider audience
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a data-driven content strategy to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer retention
- Research, write, and edit high-quality short-form and long-form content, optimized for SEO and audience engagement
- Ensure a steady cadence of blog posts, case studies, landing pages, and other assets aligned with business goals
- Conduct competitive analysis and content gap research to identify opportunities for thought leadership and brand differentiation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, sales, partnerships, and customer success) to create content aligned with customer needs
- Work closely with the broader marketing team to amplify content through social media, email campaigns, and other distribution channels
- Track and analyze content performance via tools like GA4 and Dreamdata, and use insights to optimize strategy
- Experiment with new content formats such as video, podcasts, and interactive content to expand reach and engagement
- Stay up to date with industry trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to continuously improve content effectiveness
