Join Brafton, a leading content marketing firm, as a remote, full-time Content Marketing Strategist in New Zealand. This role focuses on account management, content marketing strategy, revenue retention and growth, and project management for mid-to-large organizations. You will consult, strategize, and manage content strategies, demonstrating success through ROI reporting and client objective achievement. The position requires a Bachelor's degree, 3-5 years of experience in account management or content marketing, and expertise in SEO strategy and digital marketing. Success is measured by client retention, account growth, and strong portfolio performance, with incentive opportunities available. Some travel may be required.

Requirements

  • Possess a relevant Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 3-5 years proven experience in Account Management and/or experience and demonstrated knowledge/expertise in latest content marketing/SEO strategy trends
  • Have a keen eye for displaying content optimising UX best practices
  • Demonstrate phenomenal communication skills
  • Possess high attention to detail and organisational skills to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of 20-25 mid-to-large clients across various industries
  • Develop and maintain strong, multi-faceted content marketing strategies for clients
  • Consult, develop, and maintain strong, multi-faceted content marketing strategies for clients which include research, interpretation and presentation of statistical reporting
  • Achieve success through client retention and account growth
  • Sell the next strategy and create statements of work that help clients meet their business objectives
  • Work with Brafton’s content creation teams (editorial, graphics, video, and social media) web integration team and clients to create strategies that deliver strong ROI against client objectives
