Content Moderator

Join WEBTOON Entertainment, a global leader in digital comics and storytelling, as a Content Moderator! This remote, part-time contract role involves reviewing and moderating user-generated content on our platforms, ensuring compliance with community guidelines. You'll investigate visual and written content, requiring detail-orientation and cultural awareness. Experience in UGC moderation and native-level English proficiency are essential. We're seeking two contractors, one for WEBTOON and one for Wattpad. The role offers flexibility and the chance to work with some of the biggest names in comics.

Requirements

• Native-level or near native proficiency in English
• 1+ year experience in UGC moderation and interest in online safety
• Culturally aware of trends and pop culture in United States
• Self-starter and ahead of the game
• Technically savvy and able to quickly learn new systems
• High speed internet connection required

Responsibilities

• Review and moderate all user-generated content
• Review and investigate visual and written content that violate our Community Guidelines

Preferred Qualifications

Bilingual in the following languages: Arabic, Indonesian, Portuguese, Turkish, French, German
