• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English to effectively communicate with team members and stakeholders
• Mastery in C1-C2 level Italian proficiency

Responsibilities

• Moderate digital content, including text, images, and videos, with a keen eye for identifying harmful or inappropriate material
• Collaborate with internal teams, addressing project-related requests and maintaining seamless communication channels
• Audit and assess interactions, ensuring they are rated accurately based on their severity level
• Compile and report trends and improvement opportunities from audits, translating them into actionable data for process enhancements
• Actively participate in feature testing and tool improvements, contributing to the continuous refinement of content moderation practices
• Multitask and prioritize efficiently, ensuring tasks are completed promptly and effectively
• Take ownership of assigned tasks and deliver results
• Embrace new ideas and approaches with a capability to adapt to evolving circumstances
• Identify errors and inconsistencies in relation to established procedures and protocols, maintaining adherence to best practices

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in managing or moderating online forums/Discord within the gaming space, either professionally or during your spare time
