Responsibilities

  • Support iHerbโ€™s multiple departments (Digital Experience, Global Logistics, Merchandising, Human Resources, etc.) by managing all content updates for the global website
  • Partner with the localization team to ensure content is translated into all 20+ languages the website is available in
  • Set up global and regional promotions across all platforms, including iHerbโ€™s app
  • Improve internal efficiency by proactively developing new processes for optimized workflow
  • Become an expert in functionality and features of iHerb internal tools and backend logic
  • Partner with the Business Product Technology team to provide feedback and suggestions to improve internal tools for maximum efficiency
  • Work cross-functionally with Digital Experience, Customer Experience, and other teams to identify, troubleshoot and resolve problems quickly using sound judgment, poise and diplomacy
  • Manage various websites, including core iHerb.com, Careers, and HR website
  • Document changes to internal tools and processes when new features are introduced to the team
  • Demonstrate the ability to maintain a holistic view of projects while managing detailed execution
  • Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and business needs, ensuring seamless promotion campaign deliveries

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with e-commerce industry
  • Familiarity with SEO principles and best practices
  • Knowledge of Google Suite and project management tools such as Asana
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing preferred, or a combination of education and equivalent work experience
