Join the HotelTonight team, an Airbnb company, and lead the content strategy, quality, and execution management of hotel listings on Airbnb & HotelTonight. You will define and elevate the voice of Hotels on Airbnb, collaborating with field teams to refine hotel narratives. Responsibilities include optimizing hotel profile content, driving operational excellence, creating new processes, partnering with API partners, designing workflows, ensuring well-documented processes, and facilitating supply team initiatives. The role requires 12+ years of professional experience in operations, content, editorial, or growth within a fast-paced technology company. Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills are essential. This US-remote eligible position offers a competitive salary range of $160,000-$200,000 USD, along with potential bonus, equity, benefits, and Employee Travel Credits.
Requirements
- 12+ years of professional experience, preferably in an operations, content, editorial, or growth role within a fast-paced technology company
- The ability to get things done and navigate shifting priorities, projects and deadlines
- Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills; detail-oriented but moves fast
- Ability to adapt to trends in content marketing and consumer behavior
- You’re a quick learner and you’re fearless about doing whatever it takes to get the job done, even if it means making mistakes along the way
- Passion, hunger and enthusiasm for the role and what we’re building is a must
Responsibilities
- Own HotelTonight’s & Airbnb Hotels’ long-term profile content strategy and its tactical implementation
- Define and elevate the voice of Hotels on Airbnb: Develop and implement unique guidelines for hotel listings that resonate with our target audience
- Collaborate with field teams to refine each hotel’s narrative, ensuring that their unique selling points are authentically represented and compellingly communicated
- Continually optimize hotel profile content strategy across written content and photos, serving as both a guide and resource to Supply, Marketing, Product, and Engineering
- Drive operational excellence for internal operations of the supply team
- Create new processes and improve existing ones to meet the needs of a growing team
- Partner with the API partner managers to work on integrations with content management software
- Design workflows and train contingent workers on new projects
- Ensure all Content-related processes and procedures are well documented, including SOPs and training materials
- Ideate and facilitate supply team initiatives to drive HotelTonight supply OKRs
- Perform day-to-day operations to support the supply teams
- Run reporting in our various systems such as Looker and Salesforce
