Content Production Artist

Requirements

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field, or have equivalent professional experience
• Have 3-4 years of experience in a production design or similar role, focusing on digital and print assets
• Possess advanced knowledge of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Google Workspace
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of typography, layout, and visual hierarchy principles
• Demonstrate the ability to produce pixel-perfect designs in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Execute high-quality designs and digital assets that adhere to established brand guidelines and creative concepts
• Ensure timely delivery of production-ready assets
• Support the Brand Design team to help make quick, accurate updates across many versions
• Ensure every deliverable meets the highest standards of quality and consistency

Preferred Qualifications

• Have experience supporting large creative teams, including web developers and video producers
• Possess knowledge of Asana
• Have the ability to set up design systems that improve quality and efficiency
• Have the ability to take in the style and iterate
